Pour Over Recipe: | 1:15 ratio, 20g of medium course grind size coffee to 300ml of 94degrees temperature water, 4 pours within 30seconds, first pour 'Bloom" 50ml, second pour up to 200ml, third pour up to 270ml and last pour finish with 330ml within 2:30min to 3min total brewing time. |
