Ours and the industries darling, with most producers in Ethiopia being smallholders, the majority continue to cultivate coffee using traditional methods and as a result, most coffee is grown organically with no chemical fertiliser or pesticides. This natural process coffee from the Chelba washing station is tasting sweet and fruity, offering up flavours of blueberries, plums and chocolate this is a delicious example of a natural Ethiopian that we can’t wait to share with you!
