Our Panama Geisha Washed from Abu Coffee offers a complex, layered profile with a fragrant bouquet of jasmine, caramel, and stone fruit. Expect a vibrant mix of nectarine, green apple, and hints of green tea that culminate in a well-balanced, lingering finish that's full of character.
The cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness and carefully selected. They then undergo an anaerobic process, where they’re pulped and “dry fermented” for 24 hours before being fully hand-washed with fresh mountain spring water. After washing, the beans are dried on raised beds for 15 days, bringing out their best flavours.
