Jaime’s farm is located high on the slopes of Andes mountains in Southern Huila and surrounded by nature reserves that remain untouched. Blessed by rich volcanic soils and consistent rainfall from weather systems moving across the Amazon rainforest, the farm has an incredibly unique microclimate that is ideal for producing coffees of exceptional quality.
