SUBSCRIPTION FAQs

Any questions that you have about our coffee subscription service may be answered below, if you don't see your question answered here please contact us via the email link at the bottom of this page.

How do I pause my subscription?
1. Login to your account here
2. In the right hand corner underneath account details click Manage Subscription
3.  Under subscription status on the right hand side you will find where you are able to pause & manage your subscription status.  
How do I change my order?
1. Login to your account  here and enter via manage subscriptions as per the steps above. 
2. Scroll down to the drop down menu labeled 'manage upcoming orders'. H ere you can change your products.
How do I add to my order?
1. Login to your account  here 
2. Go to the product you wish to add to your subscription, click subscribe and save
3. Click the add to existing subscription button
Can I pause my plan if I go away?
Yes, of course! Follow the steps on how to pause your subscription above.
How do I edit shipping information?
1. Login to your account here and enter via manage subscriptions as per the steps above. 
2. Scroll down to the drop down menu labeled 'address & shipping information'. Here you will be able to change your details. 
How do I update my card details?
1. Login to your account here and enter via manage subscriptions as per the steps above. 
2. Scroll down to the drop down menu labeled 'payment information'. Here you will be able to change your details. 
How do I update my frequency?
1. Login to your account here
2. In the right hand corner underneath account details click Manage Subscription
3.  Under order frequency on the right hand side you will find where you are able to change your frequency. 
GENERAL FAQS
What happens if my parcel gets damaged?
Blackboard Coffee Roasters takes an extended care for all online packages that leave the premises regardless of what the contents are inside. We ensure that our items are wrapped and packaged with the necessary packaging protection including external 'Fragile' tape if necessary for those more delicate items. If an item happens to get damaged during transit, we cannot replace or refund this item as this incident is out of our control. All packages that leave Blackboard Coffee Roasters with an AusPost dispatch are covered up to $100 for the contents inside the package as a standard practise. We are unable to assist liaising with AusPost if this does occur, but please do let us know if your package does have damage and we will do the best we can to assist.
