Yes! When you order coffee, you’ll see an option to select your grind type; whole beans, espresso, filter, or stovetop etc. If you’re not sure what to choose, we're happy to help! Get in touch and let us know what equipment you're brewing your coffee on and any other details and we'll help you make the best choice.

We're here to make you happy! If there's anything wrong with your order, we'd love the opportunity to make it right.

Coffee:

All coffee is roasted fresh to order and cannot be returned or refunded once dispatched.

If there is an error in your order or damaging to your package please get in touch so we can help.

Brew Gear:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless the item is faulty or there was a packing error.

Once returned and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos and videos if possible of them and send them our way.

Brew gear usually has warranty periods from the manufacturer so please feel free to contact us with the following information in order to help you out:

  • Order Number
  • Product Description
  • Serial Number
  • Photos and videos
  • Orders placed before 11am, Mon–Fri ship same day
  • We don't dispatch on weekends or public holidays
  • Most metro orders arrive in 2–4 business days
  • Regional, SA, TAS, WA & NT may take longer
  • Some brew gear, equipment or other stock may require extra processing time, we'll be in touch as soon as we can if this is the case. Any questions, feel free to reach out.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis and some of them are order under demand.

If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for and we will help you out.
