General Terms of Use Welcome to Blackboard Coffee Roasters. By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

Promotional Codes & Offers

• Validity: Promotional codes are strictly valid only at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.

• Combinations: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

Sign-Up Offer

• Eligibility: Our welcome sign-up discount is exclusively for first-time customers and is strictly limited to one use per person.

• Exclusions: This code is valid for coffee products only. It cannot be applied to brew gear, equipment, or machinery.

Shipping Terms

• Free Standard Shipping: To qualify for free domestic shipping Australia-wide, your order must total $100 or more and include at least one coffee product.

• Subscriptions: Free shipping does not apply to standard subscriptions unless the subscription meets a minimum coffee weight of 1kg per shipment.
