ROASTING SCHEDULE

We roast on multiple days a week to ensure our coffee is as fresh as possible when it arrives to your door. Orders are typically shipped within a few days of roasting, so you can be confident you’re getting the freshest beans available.

For the best flavour experience, we recommend enjoying your coffee from about 7 days after the roast date. This allows time for the beans to off-gas carbon dioxide and stabilise their profile, letting the full spectrum of flavours shine. 

DISPATCH

Orders placed before 11:00am Monday to Friday usually qualify for same-day dispatch. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing during peak periods or for roast-to-order items.

We ship all domestic parcels with Australia Post. You can view expected delivery timeframes via your order confirmation email, or by contacting us. We cannot change the delivery address once a parcel has left our warehouse.

DELIVERY TIMES

From our roastery dispatch, most standard deliveries to major metro areas arrive within 2 to 4 business days. TAS, SA, WA, NT and regional or rural areas may take longer.

Some brew gear items and La Marzocco machines may need extra time in transit depending on location and time of ordering. If you would like an estimate, please contact us.

FREE SHIPPING

You qualify for free shipping when you spend $100 or more and your order includes at least one coffee product (blends, single origin, instant, capsules, drip bags, and similar).
If your order is under $100, or over $100 with no coffee items, a custom shipping rate will be shown at checkout based on your location.

The free shipping threshold applies to each shipment in a subscription. Free shipping is available for all subscriptions of 1 kg or more for the duration of the subscription.

AUSTRALIA POST

For items shipped with Australia Post, we are unable to call the driver or redirect parcels due to AusPost security policies. If you have missed a delivery or need assistance, please contact Australia Post on 13 76 78.

SALE PERIODS

During sale periods, for example Black Friday or other promotions, different shipping rules may apply. We may adjust dispatch cut-off times, processing windows, carrier services, free shipping eligibility or thresholds, and delivery estimates. Any temporary changes will be shown on the promotion page, in cart, and at checkout. Where there is a conflict, the sale terms apply for the duration of the promotion.

IMPORTANT

We do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Once a parcel is with our courier, delivery timeframes are outside our control.

 

ORDER TRACKING

All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. This is emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
