We roast four days a week; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Generally, dispatched orders will have a roast date on them 24hrs - 48hrs post the roast date. So, if your order is Dispatched on a Wednesday, you can expect that you coffee will be roasted on the Tuesday before, or very close to that. Orders received after 11am Thursday to the following Monday, including the weekend will receive the freshest Roast date available upon dispatch Monday Morning.
All orders placed before 11am Monday - Friday will qualify for same day dispatch. We do not ship on public holidays or weekends.
We ship all our domestic parcels using AusPost. You can view the expected network delivery speeds via your order confirmation email, or by reaching out to us. Please note that we cannot change the location of your parcel once it has left our warehouse. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched.
From our Roastery Dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas to take up to 2-4 business days. TAS, SA, WA & NT, Regional or Rural areas may take a little longer.
Some Brew Gear Items & LaMarzocco Machines may need an extra couple of days to arrive depending on the shipping location and time of ordering. If you would like to know more on this, please contact us.
You can qualify for Free Shipping when spending $60 or more on any item, excluding Bulky Items, which incur a $15 flat rate fee due to their size, and/or weight. If you order is under $60 per shipment and does not qualify as a bulky item, you will be presented with a custom shipping rate at checkout for your desired location. The Free Shipping threshold includes each shipment in a Subscription. Free Shipping is eligible for all 12-Month Subscriptions throughout the duration of the subscription - please look for '12-Month Subscription' in the product title.
For all items shipped with AusPost, we are unable to call or redirect your parcel due to security reasons set in place by AusPost. If you wish to know more about your parcel, or if you have missed a delivery, please call AusPost on 13 76 78.
Please understand tat we do our very best to dispatch your order as soon as we possibly can. Once it is with our courier provider, we cannot speed up the delivery times for as this is out of our control.
All orders are dispatched with a tracking number. This is emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
