Perishable goods such as coffee can only be returned if you notify us within 48 hours from delivery of your purchase by emailing email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any quality or product satisfaction queries related to our coffee fall under our customer warranty, if we deem there is an inconsistency with your coffee this will be replaced under warranty. If you feel there is something wrong with your order please email us.
Gift cards are a non-returnable items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
Full priced items are only eligible for a refund. Any items purchased using a discount code will not be refunded. Your order will be credited or a replacement will be issued.
