Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy
Coffee Orders & Perishables
All coffee is roasted fresh to order and classified as a perishable good. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for coffee once an order has been dispatched (defined as the point when a courier label is generated and the order is prepared for shipment).
This includes:

Change of mind

Flavour preference
-
Ordering errors
-
Subscription shipments
We take quality control seriously and roast everything fresh. We welcome feedback, but we do not offer refunds or replacements based on personal taste or subjective roast opinions.
If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us via our contact us form, website chat, or email as soon as possible, and include a photo. We’ll send out a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
Subscriptions
All subscribers receive 15% off from their first order in exchange for a commitment of 3 shipments minimum. Subscriptions may not be cancelled prior to completing 3 full shipments. After that point, you may cancel at any time.

You may pause, reschedule, or update your subscription contents at any time via your account.

Subscription discounts are only valid if the 3-order commitment is fulfilled. Attempts to cancel early will be blocked in the system.
Non-Perishable Products (Brew Gear, Accessories, etc.)
You may return non-perishable products (e.g. equipment, accessories) within 14 days of delivery if they are:

Unused
-
In their original packaging
-
In the same condition you received them
Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are faulty, in which case a warranty claim will be initiated with the manufacturer.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or the return is due to a packing error on our end.
Faulty Items & Warranty Claims
Coffee equipment comes with manufacturer warranties. If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:

We’ll begin the appropriate warranty process on your behalf
Coffee itself is not covered under warranty. The only exception is if packaging is damaged in transit, in which case a replacement will be offered with supporting photographic evidence.
Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear

Items purchased with a discount code may be eligible for credit or replacement only, not refund

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable
Shipping & Delivery Times

Orders placed before 11am, Mon–Fri ship same day

No dispatch on weekends or public holidays

Most metro orders arrive in 2–4 business days

Regional, SA, TAS, WA & NT may take longer

Australian Consumer Law
Our policy is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits your entitlement to a replacement, refund, or repair for products with a major fault or that don’t perform as advertised.
