How to make a ‘pour over’ coffee with a V60 cone

1. Coarsely grind 15grams of coffee roaster for filter

2. Boil filtered water 

3. Fold filter paper along seam and place into V60 cone 

4. Pour boiled water into filter paper to rinse and preheat cone

5. Discard water 

6. Insert 15g coarsely ground filter coffee into filter paper

7. Tare scales, start timer and add 50g of boiled water

8. At 30 secs add 100g boiled water slowly in circular motion 

9. At 1 min add another 100g of boiled water slowly in circular motion 

10. Wait until it has finish dripping, remove cone, stir your brew and enjoy!
