Owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012, the 500-hectare Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm is located in Ethiopia's renowned Guji zone. The meticulously managed estate champions sustainable, shade-grown coffee practices while actively investing in its local community.

About the Coffee Processing Method

Meticulously sorted and cleansed on harvest day, the cherries are spread across raised beds and continuously turned for 8 to 25 days, drying perfectly in rhythm with the local climate
