A sensory journey built on relationships

THE COFFEE EXPERIENCE

A PURE EXPRESSION OF TERROIR

The sensory collection is a journey through taste. Each collaboration showcases curated coffees side by side and invites you to discover nuances that a single cup may not reveal.

These are exclusive lots made possible through meaningful relationships and collaboration with close producers. This is more than a taste experience, it’s an invitation to explore, connect, learn and discover something new.

THE JOURNEY

BUILT ON RELATIONSHIPS

01

Connect

This projects exists from trust. Producers opens the door to experimentation. Danny Andrade, through Processing Methods Bootcamp, brings a framework for process design and sensory clarity

02

Plan

Danny brings a processing framework refined over the years in different terroirs and the ones allinged to the potential, location, climate, variety and producer feedback are the ones selected for each sensory box

03

process

Each lot has a clear purpose. Coffee cheries are carefully selected and prepared before each lot follows its own processing method path, where every step is recorded and carefully supervised.

04

evaluate

The coffee lands at our roastery, where we evaluate them and share every part with the producer. Then the coffee is released and share with the coffee community.

THE EXPERIENCE

A GUIDED COFFEE SENSORY JOURNEY

Exploration

Each sensory box is a journey to connect with the producer and discover the unique expressions the same coffee can showcase

Learning

From the exploration you will understand how processing methods, fermentation, drying and other techniques affect the final cup.

Relationship

From brewing one coffee to understand and connect with every person that was part of this journey brings you a closer experience when tasting coffee.

“What matters most to me is the connection behind the coffee. It’s about sharing ideas, sharing knowledge, and learning from each other.I share what I’ve discovered through working with producers around the world, and they share generations of knowledge about their coffee, their land, and their traditions. When those two worlds come together, something special happens. We experiment, we learn and we create. And the result is in the cup, a unique sensory experience that brings together the knowledge, connection, and journey behind the coffee, inviting you to discover something new.”
