We are happy to announce our Limited Release Geisha Honey Coffee. Moises Chaguala is an incredibly passionate producer and the quality of his coffees is testament to that. This Geisha honey is extremely delicate and sweet with notes of ripe strawberry and pear.

Coffee Cupping Profile Taste:
  • Sweet delicate cup
  • Orange blossom aroma
  • Flavour notes of ripened strawberry and pear.
  • Malic acidity
  • Tropical fruit-like sweetness
  • Syrupy mouthfeel
  • Clean sweet finish
Pour Over Recipe: 1:15 ratio, 20g of medium course grind size coffee to 300ml of 96degrees temperature water, 4 pours within 30seconds, first pour 'Bloom" 50ml, second pour up to 200ml, third pour up to 270ml and last pour finish with 330ml within 2:30min to 3min total brewing.
