Finca La Primavera is located in Circasia, Quindío, the estate spans a total of 140 hectares, with 135 hectares dedicated specifically to coffee cultivation. Operating as the family's highest farm, La Primavera serves as the primary facility where most of their coffee is processed. The farm utilises native forest agroforestry and incorporates shade trees such as Inga Edulis, Cordia Alliodora, Calliandra Pittieri, and Inga Eriocarpa. This deliberate integration of shade trees (sombrío) creates distinct microclimates across the farm's various lots, providing diverse conditions for the crops

Coffee Processing Method:

The processing at Finca La Primavera involves manually harvesting optimal beans, which are then density-classified, fermented for 24 hours, pulped by machine and uniformly dried using a combination of sun and mechanical methods.
