I’m nearly through a 250g bag of this Seasonal Espresso Blend. Brewing it as a pour over with my Kalita Wave 185 (20g at a 1:16 ratio using the Tetsu 4:6 method) gives a smooth, clean cup. The fruity brightness and caramel sweetness are well-balanced, with a warm hint of rum and raisin on the finish.
Love drinking it black twice a day — definitely a blend I’ll revisit.

We get 1kg of Blackboard seasonal blend every month, and won't be changing anytime soon. I go to bed dreaming of the long black I make every morning with our burr grinder and espresso machine. I'm sensitive to caffeine and I find this coffee really easy on the gut, smooth and flavourful with good crema.
