Meet Our Coffee

Perched in Banko Gotiti, Gedeb: natural heirloom cherries dry whole on raised beds after cool night fermentation. The cup bursts with red‑fruit surge, softens into cocoa silk, lifts with zesty citrus, and drifts off on floral breeze, finishing bright and clean.

Check Out The Farm

The Chelchele Washing Station, established in 2014, is located in the Gedeb district, one of Ethiopia’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. Around 700 to 800 smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to the station, often travelling from within a 3-kilometre radius. The average farm size in the area is 1.5 hectares, and coffee is grown using traditional, chemical-free practices that reflect the region’s deep-rooted farming culture.

Coffee Processing Method:

Traditional African natural coffees are dried under the sun on raised beds for around four weeks after harvest.
