Our selection of espresso coffee for you  this moth is exquisite washed Heirloom Ethiopian. We are very excited about this amazing Ethiopian washed coffee, and we hope you will be too! This is classic traditional Yirgacheffe, full of complex citrus and stone fruit notes. Being a light to medium bodied coffee with delicate, volatile flavour compounds, we have used a hot profile on the roaster to whisk this coffee through the process, developing and retaining the wonderful acidity and delicious hints of lime and nectarine.

Each month our Team picks a coffee to showcase for espresso that has caught his attention. They are always unique in flavour and of the highest quality in the processing and showcase what specialty coffee is all about. As the amounts are very limited, if we sell out of a particular coffee we will send you the next available roaster's pick.
