Our selection of espresso coffee for you this moth is exquisite washed red bourbon bean. This coffee is produced by Ricardo’s 49-hectare farm that is located in the region of Volcan Cerro Verde in the Canton Lomas de San Marcelino Zone. The farm is predominantly flat with a semi-humid microclimate, where the average temperature is 23 degrees Celsius
Each month our Team picks a coffee to showcase for espresso that has caught his attention. They are always unique in flavour and of the highest quality in the processing and showcase what specialty coffee is all about. As the amounts are very limited, if we sell out of a particular coffee we will send you the next available roaster's pick.
