Tell us a little bit about yourself and how the cafe came to be?
Owning a little coffee shop and eatery has been my passion since I was a student working at a local cafe. After graduating and working in the office for four years, I decided to move on to pursue my passion so I took over Shaker Maker In 2017 and its now four years old and I have never looked back.
Why did you choose Blackboard Coffee?
Blackboard was originally chosen by the previous owner, and I am so thankful for his choice. Apart from excellent level of supports, Nick and his team have given us an absolute peace of mind from quality to on-time delivery in every single order from day one.
What is the best part about owning & operating a cafe?
It hasn’t been an easy journey but we have learnt and grown so much along the way. The best part for me is seeing this little place bring food, coffee and people together.
What are your passions outside of coffee?
Gardening and cooking for sure!
