Meet Our Coffee
This Orange Bourbon kicks off with at least 80% perfectly ripe cherries, leaving out green, overripe, or underripe cherries. It ferments for 36 hours, then another 48 hours inoculated with a citrus yeast culture starter. After that, it’s dried for 76 hours at 40°C before resting and stabilised in GrainPro bags.
