The idea of the best coffee blend varies from person to person. Everyone has different flavour preferences, so the blend you love might not be the one someone else enjoys every morning.
If you want to find a great coffee blend, start by choosing a roastery that cares and has experience. A big company name does not always mean better quality. We’ve just won the 2026 Australian Roasting Championship, which helps show that we are focused on quality and improving every day.
Second, check if the roastery offers freshly roasted coffee. Coffee tastes its best around two weeks after roasting, and the quality slowly drops as time goes on. In this case, the roast date matters far more than the expiry date.
Lastly, look at the information they share about the blend itself. Do they tell you the coffee origins and processing methods? Do they share the percentages used, or keep it vague? The more information you can see, the easier it is to choose a blend that suits your taste.
