The natural sweetness of apricot takes center stage, offering a juicy mouthfeel and a refreshing citrus finish.
The Sidra variety, a unique hybrid of Bourbon and Typica, thrives in the northern highlands of the Andean Plateau. This region, known for its cool climate, majestic volcanoes, and lush rose farms, provides ideal growing conditions. The warm days and cool nights gently stress the coffee plants, encouraging the cherries to develop higher sugar content, resulting in a rich and flavourful cup.
