CAFE PARTNERS: Tins & Trays

Posted by Nicholas Pearce on

Introducing Tins & Trays, the latest patisserie and cafe based out of a 114 year old Queenslander. For this weeks cafe partner feature we take you up to Gatton, Queensland to shine light on their best kept secret.

Firstly, what’s your go-to coffee?

Long black for sure.

Tell us a little bit about yourself and how the cafe came to be?

Tins & Trays is a patisserie based in an old Queenslander showcasing the history of the town. Our food is unique and expresses my style through the decoration. I’m all about supporting local!! And making the best for for people to enjoy.

Why did you choose Blackboard Coffee?

I chose blackboard coffee as I like supporting local (or semi local) I love the story of how nick started. The coffee has its own unique taste, which I’m finding out that Gatton people love.

What do people not know about Tins & Trays

Tins and Trays is open from 6am-3pm Tuesday-Sunday. We also specialise in high end wedding cakes as well as a occasion cakes

Lastly, If you could invite one person for a coffee who would it be and why?

Let me get back to you on that one.

Thanks @tinsandtrays
