Meet Our Coffee

High in Bekeka Gogogu, Oromia, 1900 – 2200m, washed Bourbon cherries arrive on foot from chemical‑free plots. This filter coffee brew opens with jasmine in bloom, drifts through lush tropical fruit, then settles on a crisp green‑melon finish, silky‑bodied and sweetly clean.

Check Out The Farm

The Gogogu Washing Station, established in 2017, sits in one of Ethiopia’s most productive coffee-growing areas, known for its exceptional quality. It sources cherries from more than 700 smallholder farmers, many of whom travel 2 to 3 kilometres to deliver their harvest. On average, these farmers manage around 1.5 hectares of land, producing between 1,200 and 7,000 kilograms of cherries each season, depending on ripeness and rainfall.

Coffee in this region is typically grown in small backyard plots or dedicated farmland, without the use of chemical fertilisers. This traditional, natural approach contributes to the purity and distinctive character of coffees processed at Gogogu.
