Montaña 3 NC, harvested on January 17, 2024, from the Montaña lot at Hacienda La Esmeralda’s Cañas Verdes Farm, is a true testament to meticulous craftsmanship. Following harvest, the coffee cherries underwent a 46-day slow-drying process in a temperature-controlled environment on raised beds. Montaña 3 NC showcases an intricate flavour profile with vibrant notes of jasmine, rosehip, strawberry and dark grapes.
