Why We Craft Them:
Blends are the backbone of consistency. Think of them as your favourite vinyl record: reliable, comforting, and always hitting the right notes. We combine specialty-grade coffees from Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, and beyond, roasting each origin individually to spotlight their strengths. The result is a harmonious espresso that shines black or in milk, day after day.

For Cafes: The non-negotiable workhorse. Customers return for that dependable flavour profile, even as single origins rotate.

Holiday Releases

Minimum Cupping Score: 84+

Omni-Roasted

  • Roasted to be brewed as a filter or as espresso

Why We Craft Them:
Our Holiday releases are a bit of fun to celebrate a particular event such as Easter, Christmas or Mother's Day for example. We craft something that's delicious as filter or espresso and that matches the flavour profile of the theme.

For Cafes: These are a fun additions to the retail shelf and perfect for rotating filter or espresso offerings.

For Gifts: These are perfect treat for the coffee lover in your life or to treat yourself with!

Single Origins

For The Flavour Journey

Minimum Cupping Score: 85+

Roasters Pick Espresso & Filter

  • One standout espresso and filter coffee highlighted monthly.

Rotating Selection

  • Three additional single origins for espresso and filter each month.

Why We Craft Them
:
Single Origins are passports to the global world of coffee. A washed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe might burst with jasmine and lemon, while a Colombian anaerobic Caturra smolders with tropical fruit. These coffees are for adventurers who wants to learn about the farm, the process, and the people behind each bean.

For Cafes: These are the perfect rotating offering for batch brews or manual brewing methods.

For The Explorers: Try our Roasters Pick subscription to get our roasters top pick for the month straight to your door! It’s our team’s monthly love letter to a standout coffee.

The purpose of our Limited Release series is to highlight some of our favourite producers and offer a solid price point for excellent coffee. These are coffees we’re obsessed with, priced for venues to showcase as batch brew or home brewers to splurge on. It's also a space we we have a little fun with the wild side of coffee processing.

For Cafes: Perfect for a premium offering for batch brews or manual brewing methods.

For the Bold: Ideal for batch brew or pour-over and the lover of big, bold and out-there flavours!

Why We Craft Them
:
Special Reserve is where we get to play with world-class coffee. Sourced by our Managing Director Danny Andrade through direct ties to farms like Hacienda La Esmeralda and La Palma & El Tucán, these lots are truly something special. They’re tiny, fleeting, and utterly transformative.

For Cafes: An amazing way to offering something exclusive as pour-over or as an addition to your retail selection.

For The Enthusiast: Get in quick, these sell out faster than festival tickets!

Ethics in Every Tier

From House Blends to Special Reserve, every coffee is:

  • Ethically Sourced: Direct partnerships with farms and co-ops or suppliers that care about what they do.

  • Transparently Traded: Know the farm, the process, the people behind the beans.

  • Freshly Roasted: Weekly small-batch roasting for peak flavour.

  • Quality First, Always: We’re serious about good coffee, and it shows in every cup.
