Tucked between Mt. Kenya and the Aberdare Mountains, Nyeri is the historic heart of Kenyan coffee.

Rich volcanic soil and fresh mountain streams create the exact conditions coffee trees need to produce world-class lots. It is a beautiful, deeply forested region that the Kikuyu people have farmed for centuries.

About the Coffee Processing Method

This coffee is fully washed. After pulping, the coffee undergoes an immersion fermentation in water for 48 hours to remove the mucilage. It is then dried on raised beds.
